Twin-engine 1200 Horsepower Pontiac Grand Prix

Twin-engine turbocharged 1200 Horsepower Pontiac Grand Prix

Turbo Dynamics Canada has taken a sixth generation Pontiac Grand Prix GTP and turned it into a AWD monster. First up they have taken off the supercharger found on the factory 3.8 L L67 V6 and installed a turbocharger. Then they have installed a clone of that engine package into the back seat/trunk of the car. That gives this car a total of 7.6 liters and 1,200 horsepower. Future plans include beefing up the engines for increased RPM, larger turbochargers, higher stall converters, and better gear ratios for drag strip.

  • power: 1,200 hp / 950 whp
  • 1/4 mile: 9.72 @ 141 mph
  • 1/8 mile: 6.21 @ 112 mph
  • 0-60 mph: 1.8 seconds
  • 0-100 mph: 4.4 seconds
