Mobility Scooter With A 600cc Suzuki Bandit Engine

World's fastest mobility scooter with 600cc Suzuki Bandit motorcycle engine by Anderson's Bodywork

A new record has been set for the fastest mobility scooter. The old record was 82 mph set by Klaus Nissen Petersen of Denmark. Now the current record stands as 107 mph by owner David Anderson and driver Mathew Hine. To put that in perspective, this scooter went down the quater-mile track in 12.14 seconds. The mobility scooter is mostly custom with a 600cc engine from a Suzuki Bandit. Since the motor looks pretty stock, I would assume it is putting out around 80 horsepower. Make sure to check out the build gallery in the source link below. Anderson’s Bodyshop really shows off it’s metal fab skills in there.
